These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OriRx website (orirx.com) and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
OriRx is a telehealth facilitation platform. OriRx connects individuals seeking weight loss treatment with independent, licensed healthcare providers and compounding pharmacies. OriRx does not practice medicine, employ physicians, or issue prescriptions. All clinical decisions — including prescribing — are made independently by licensed healthcare providers.

OriRx does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The content on this website is for informational purposes only. A prescription through OriRx is not guaranteed — it is issued solely at the discretion of a licensed provider based on their independent clinical judgment. Receiving a prescription does not constitute a doctor-patient relationship with OriRx.
OriRx is not a replacement for emergency care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.
Medications dispensed through OriRx are compounded by state-licensed compounding pharmacies. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved products. They are not equivalent to commercially manufactured FDA-approved drugs. You acknowledge this distinction by using our services.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in your health intake and in all communications with OriRx and its provider partners. Providing false or incomplete information may result in a prescription decision that is not medically appropriate. OriRx and its provider partners are not liable for adverse outcomes resulting from inaccurate information you provide.
Payment is required at the time of service. If a prescription is not issued following your intake, OriRx will refund the portion of the payment attributable to the medication cost. The consultation/intake review fee is non-refundable once a provider has reviewed your intake. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; you will retain access through the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support@orirx.com. OriRx reserves the right to discontinue your access to services if: (a) a prescriber determines treatment is no longer clinically appropriate; (b) you violate these Terms; or (c) OriRx discontinues the applicable service.
All content on orirx.com — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of OriRx or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OriRx and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to OriRx in the 12 months preceding the claim.
OriRx services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. OriRx does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results obtained through our services will be effective or accurate.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OriRx and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from: (a) your use of our services; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) inaccurate information you provide.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
