Your first charge occurs when a prescription is approved and your order is confirmed. Subsequent monthly charges occur on the same date each month. You'll receive an email receipt for every charge.
If the reviewing prescriber determines you are not a candidate for treatment, we will refund the medication cost portion of your payment. The intake review fee is non-refundable once your intake has been reviewed by a provider.
Yes. Email support@orirx.com to cancel. You'll retain access through the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fee. No questions asked.
Prices are subject to change. Active subscribers will receive at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect, with the option to cancel at no charge before the new pricing applies.
