Licensed Provider Reviews Your Intake

Your intake is reviewed by a licensed MD or DO at Crafted Rx, our prescriber partner. They evaluate your eligibility based on established clinical criteria, screen for contraindications, and review your medication list for interactions.

If approved, they issue a prescription. If they have questions, they'll follow up via secure message. Prescription is at the sole discretion of the reviewing provider — approval is not guaranteed.

What providers look for

  • ✓ BMI ≥30, or BMI ≥27 with a weight-related condition
  • ✓ No contraindications (MTC history, MEN2, pregnancy)
  • ✓ No conflicting medications

Medication Prepared & Shipped

Once your prescription is issued, it goes to a state-licensed compounding pharmacy. The pharmacy prepares your compounded medication to exact specification and ships it directly to your address.
