Eligibility and emergencies

OriRX services are intended for adults who are legally able to receive telehealth and pharmacy services in a supported U.S. jurisdiction. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and may use the services only for yourself.

OriRX is not an emergency service. Call 911 or seek immediate in-person care for a medical emergency. The website is not a substitute for emergency care, imaging, surgery, physical therapy, or other care recommended by your healthcare professional.

Telehealth and clinical decisions

Submitting an intake requests clinical review; it does not guarantee a prescription. An independent licensed clinician determines whether treatment is medically appropriate. The clinician may request more information, recommend different care, or decline treatment.

You agree to disclose relevant symptoms, diagnoses, medications, allergies, pregnancy status, and other health information truthfully. You are responsible for following the prescription label and the clinician’s instructions and for reporting side effects or changes in your condition.

Compounded medication

PHYX is a compounded prescription product containing BPC-157 and TB-500. It is not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Compounded drugs are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or quality before marketing, and human clinical evidence for these ingredients is limited. Results are not guaranteed.

Orders, subscriptions, and payment

Prices, billing intervals, included services, and promotional terms are shown before checkout. By starting a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel. You may cancel future renewals through your account or by contactingcare@orirx.com before the next order enters processing.

Prescription approval, pharmacy acceptance, and product availability are not guaranteed. We may correct pricing errors, reject an order, limit quantities, or discontinue an offer. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

Pharmacy fulfillment and delivery

Approved prescriptions are sent to a licensed dispensing pharmacy. The pharmacy controls compounding, labeling, dispensing, and shipment. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. You are responsible for providing a secure, accurate delivery address and for storing medication as directed.

Drug-tested athletes

BPC-157 and TB-500-related substances may be prohibited in tested sport. You are responsible for checking the rules of WADA, USADA, the NCAA, your employer, your professional association, or any other governing organization before treatment.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, impersonate another person, submit false information, resell medication, or use the services unlawfully. The OriRX name, PHYX name, site content, design, and other materials are owned by or licensed to OriRX and may not be copied or commercially exploited without permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Except for the professional duties owed by a treating clinician or dispensing pharmacy, the website and non-clinical services are provided on an “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. OriRX does not promise uninterrupted access, a particular clinical decision, or a particular treatment result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OriRX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or non-clinical services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or patient rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date. Material changes apply only as permitted by law. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
